Halbierung der #Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe verschoben, weil die Länder ihre IT nicht hinkriegen.
"Die Bundesländer hatten eingewandt, dass die notwendigen Anpassungen bei der IT nicht so schnell umsetzbar seien. Damit werden Geldstrafen, die bis zum 01.02.2024 rechtskräftig geworden sind, weiter im Verhältnis 1:1 in eine Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe umgerechnet."

Rein von der Nettigkeit der Mitarbeitis könnte ich das Berliner DrugChecking https://drugchecking.berlin/ ja nur empfehlen, aber dass der Senat den drei Teststellen gerade mal 36 Einzeltests pro Woche insgesamt gewährt, ist lächerlich. Schon vor Beginn der Sprechstunde stand an der Teststelle ein Vielfaches der Leute an, die so überhaupt etwas hätten testen lassen können (und das schon bei "jede nur eine einzige Substanz"), die meisten Testbedürftigen werden also mangels Kapazitäten heimgeschickt.
Vielleicht können wir ja an die neue CDU-Regierung appellieren, die wollen doch sicher auch Qualitätssicherung für ihr Kokain?
